Dean: Sanders Has To ‘Tone Down’ His ‘Bitter’ Rhetoric, It’s ‘Harming The Country’

Tuesday on MSNBC, former Democratic National Committee chairman and former Gov. Howard Dean (D-VT) said Democratic presidential candidate Sen.
